Unfortunately, we are unable to allocate a specific time for delivery as our dispatch services has a planned route for daily deliveries. Drop us a note under remarks and let us know your preferred timing and we will try our best to meet your request if possible.
With every home delivery, a complimentary cooler bag is provided to ensure that the products are kept in top condition. Ice packs are given as well to ensure the freshness of the products.
Please drop a call to 96268355 to get in contact with our staff who will provide further instructions! If you wish to add an item, you must do so 24 hours before the stipulated delivery date.
Do not have to rush home. Orders are delivered in temperature controlled thermal bags with ice gel which can sit outside for up to 3 hours. We will take a photo to verify it.
We will contact you via call or SMS or Whatsapp if the item(s) you ordered is out stock and will suggest the substitution with equal value. If not, you will receive a refund through your method of payment.
Once your transaction is completed and payment is made, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you choose not to accept your delivery, we are not able to issue a refund.
As we are dealing with allergen and temperature sensitive products, we uphold our product handling process strictly and thus items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the next delivery to your zone.
