Sauce recipe:
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 3 dashes of white pepper
Instructions:
1) Combine the sauce and pour onto the fish before steam
2) Steam for around 20 mins
3) Once finish can garnish with ginger and spring onion
